Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als Interessenmanagement der Unternehmen sollte das Konfliktmanagement auch strategisch nicht weiterhin unterschätzt werden. Unternehmenskonflikte verschließen Erfolgspotenziale und reduzieren Unternehmenswerte, sodass zu einer sorgfältigen Unternehmensführung ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit diesen besonderen Unternehmensrisiken gehört. Ein strategisch verschränktes Konfliktmanagement stabilisiert in Konfliktsituationen die wertschöpfenden Arbeits- und Geschäftsbeziehungen der Unternehmen, die das immaterielle Erfolgskapital der Gesellschaften bilden und über zukünftige Unternehmenserfolge entscheiden. Die dargelegten Zusammenhänge zeigen, dass eine funktionale Integration des Konfliktmanagements in das strategische Governance-, Risk- und Compliance-Management der Unternehmen (GRC-Management) die Performance der Gesellschaften in diesen Bereichen optimiert und ein erweitertes GRCC-Management dazu beitragen kann, auch Nachhaltigkeits- und New Work-Risiken wirksam zu reduzieren.
