Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von einer Vision für das Konfliktmanagement der Unternehmen ist eine zielführende Strategie zu entwickeln und vor Ort zu implementieren, wobei am Anfang des Prozesses eine sorgfältige SWOT-Analyse des eigenen Konfliktmanagements steht. Aus dieser Analyse lassen sich lückenschließend die Strategien für das Konfliktmanagement mit konkreten Zielen und Maßnahmen als Handlungsprogramme für die Unternehmen ableiten. Die Implementierung und langfristige Umsetzung dieser Handlungsprogramme kann mit Hilfe einer modifizierten Balanced Scorecard erfolgen. Dabei sind auch die bekannten Vorbehalte und Systemwiderstände gegenüber dem Konfliktmanagement vorausschauend in den Blick zu nehmen, zu deren erfolgreichen Überwindung die Einbindung von ausgewählten Promotoren in die Innovations- und Strategieprozesse der Unternehmen empfohlen wird. Die Ausführungen enden mit einer abstrakten Betrachtung der ökonomischen Grenzen für die strategischen Erweiterungen und Vertiefungen der Basisstrukturen des Konfliktmanagements in den Unternehmen.
