Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um den gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen und Entwicklungen verantwortungsvoll zu begegnen und Unternehmen möglichst zukunftsfest aufzustellen, stehen gegenwärtig die Themen Nachhaltigkeit, Compliance und New Work im besonderen Fokus der Unternehmensführung. In diesem Kapitel wird gezeigt, dass ein strategisch verschränktes Konfliktmanagement effektiv dazu beitragen kann, sowohl die Nachhaltigkeitsperformance der Unternehmen als auch ihre Compliance-Performance belastbar zu optimieren. Anknüpfungspunkte sind dabei konkrete ESG-Themen im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitspolitik von Kapitalgesellschaften sowie der Umgang mit Konflikten und Fehlern als prägende Determinante der Compliance-Kultur. Beim Thema „New Work“ führt eine Einbindung des Konfliktmanagements in die New Work-Strategien der Unternehmen zu einer wirkungsvollen Reduzierung strategischer Personalrisiken im „war for talents“.
