Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Analyse und Darstellung der Zusammenhänge zwischen dem Konfliktmanagement und dem Risikomanagement der Unternehmen im CMRM-Modell lassen erkennen, dass auch auf der Ebene der Managementsysteme für konfliktgetriebene Unternehmensrisiken ein verzahntes Systemdesign nicht nur erforderlich, sondern auch möglich ist. Bezug nehmend auf die etablierten Systemkonzepte der DIN ISO 31000 (Einrichtungsstandard) und des IDW PS 981 (Prüfungsstandard) für Risikomanagementsysteme einerseits und das praxisnahe VIADRINA-Komponentenmodell als Referenzkonzept für das Konfliktmanagement andererseits zeigt sich, dass vollständige Konfliktmanagementsysteme mit ihren komplementären Funktionalitäten über primäre und sekundäres Systemschnittstellen in das Risikomanagement der Unternehmen mit Performancegewinnen integrierbar sind.
