Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für das operative Konfliktmanagement der Unternehmen können vier Entwicklungsstufen unterschieden werden, die sich mit unterschiedlichen Wirkungsgraden in die strategischen Programme der Unternehmen integrieren lassen. Vorgestellt wird in diesem Kapitel das Konzept der operativen Basisstrukturen des Konfliktmanagements. Dieses flexible Konzept verlangt in einem ersten Schritt den Aufbau notwendiger Kompetenzen in den Unternehmen und betrifft funktional die Identifikation und Bearbeitung interventionsrelevanter Konflikte sowie die zugehörige Unternehmenskommunikation. Erweiterungen und Vertiefungen der Basisstrukturen führen bei Bedarf in einem zweiten Schritt zu passgenauen Konfliktmanagementsystemen. Ein strategisches Konfliktmanagement lässt sich mit diesem aufbauorganisatorischen Ansatz durch zielführende Verschränkungen der Konfliktmanagementstrukturen mit den Strategiethemen und Corporate Governance-Systemen der Unternehmen realisieren.
