Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jede verantwortungsvolle Unternehmensführung basiert auf einem Strategieprogramm, das konsequent auf das Erreichen der Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet ist und die gesetzlichen Sorgfaltspflichten einer ordentlichen und gewissenhaften Geschäftsführung berücksichtigt. Dazu gehört, dass die strategischen Entscheidungen in den Unternehmen einem ökonomischen Chancen-Risiko-Kalkül folgen und die Unternehmensentwicklung von einem systematischen Management der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensrisiken begleitet wird. Zu diesen Risiken gehören auch Unternehmenskonflikte, die das Erfolgskapital („Stakeholder-Kapital“) der Unternehmen reduzieren und zu negativen Abweichungen von den Unternehmenszielen führen können. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird ein strategisches Konfliktmanagement, das auf die Optimierung der Erfolgspotenziale der Unternehmen abstellt, zu einem wichtigen Baustein ihrer Corporate Governance-Systeme im Kontext einer verantwortungsvollen Unternehmensführung. Die Dringlichkeit des Handlungs- und Interventionsbedarfs für das Konfliktmanagement kann in den Unternehmen mit Hilfe einer „Conflict Map“ ermittelt werden.
