Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel wirft einen frischen Blick auf die Bedeutung von Frauen in Führungsrollen und zeigt, warum es für Unternehmen entscheidend ist, weibliche Führungskräfte zu fördern. Statt auf biologische Unterschiede zu fokussieren, werden die strukturellen Hindernisse untersucht, die Frauen daran hindern, ihre Führungspotenziale voll auszuschöpfen. Es zeigt auf, wie tief verwurzelte Vorurteile und kulturelle Normen die Leistungen von Frauen mindern und ihre Aufstiegschancen blockieren. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Interpretation von Netzwerken, Strategien für Unternehmen und Führungspersonen und der bewussten Nutzung weiblicher Führungsstärken. Zudem wird auf die Rückkehr von Frauen nach der Elternzeit eingegangen und wie Unternehmen diese talentierten Fachkräfte erfolgreich integrieren können. Das Kapitel liefert praxisnahe Strategien für Frauen in sichtbaren Führungspositionen, um echte Parität in Führungsebenen zu schaffen. Es richtet sich an alle, die Parität nicht nur fördern, sondern leben wollen – für eine gerechte und erfolgreiche Zukunft unserer Arbeitswelt.
