Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fachkräftemangel und veränderte Erwartungen an den Arbeitsplatz stellen Unternehmen vor große Herausforderungen. Junge Ingenieur*innen, die Innovation und Wissen mitbringen, finden zunehmend selten ideale Arbeitsbedingungen vor. Stattdessen treffen viele Unternehmen auf Quereinsteiger*innen und ausländische Fachkräfte, die mühsam in komplexe Prozesse integriert werden müssen. E-Learning-Technologien bieten einen Lösungsansatz, um den Gap zwischen Ideal- und Realzustand zu überbrücken. Sie ermöglichen effektive Schulungen, beschleunigen Onboardingprozesse und sichern wertvolles Unternehmenswissen. Der Beitrag zeigt, wie Unternehmen durch den Einsatz von KI-gestütztem E-Learning Fachkräfte gezielt weiterbilden, Wissensverlust vorbeugen und so wettbewerbsfähig bleiben. Ein Paradigmenwechsel hin zu lebenslangem Lernen im Unternehmen ist unerlässlich, um den aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
