Abstract

Zusammenfassung Transformationen und großangelegte Veränderungen funktionieren, wenn die Entscheider und Verantwortlichen in den Unternehmen einige Transformationsgrundsätze beachten. Entscheidend dabei ist das einfache und doch so schwer umsetzbare Prinzip, die Menschen einzubeziehen und an den Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen zu beteiligen. Das ist das Thema des letzten Schritts des Fünf-Schritte-Plans. Diese Fragen werden diskutiert und beantwortet Was muss geschehen, damit Mitarbeitende aktiv an der kulturellen Transformation mitwirken und sie mitgestalten wollen? Wie gelingt es, ihre Ängste und Vorbehalte zu berücksichtigen? Ihr Nutzen Sie erfahren, wie es gelingt, Transformationswiderstände zu überwinden und die Mitarbeitenden zu Akteuren der Veränderung zu entwickeln.
