Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgreiche Unternehmen haben einen sehr hohen Grad der Beteiligung von Mitarbeitern im Unternehmen, um den stetigen Wandel zu forcieren. Interdisziplinäre Teams können unter Anleitung eines ausgebildeten Moderators an Prozessverbesserungen und Optimierungen arbeiten, die mit Cost Savings und Einsparungen einhergehen. So können beispielsweise Mitarbeiter Verschwendung in ihren funktionalen Teilbereichen aufdecken und Gegenmaßnahmen umsetzen; insbesondere bei indirekten Kosten (Bündelung von Büromaterialeinkauf, Energie, Reisekosten, Telefonkosten, Dienstreisen, andere indirekte Kosten) haben Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit, aktiv am Betriebsergebnis mitzuarbeiten. Eine Lernwerkstatt oder Cost Booster Team (Kostenjäger) dient in diesem Kontext als gemeinsames und gruppenbezogenes Lernen mit klaren, realistischen und selbstdefinierten Zielen. Erfahrungsgemäß macht es Sinn, dass ein Moderator die Lernwerkstatt-Aktivitäten koordiniert und methodisch unterstützt (Helmold 2022).
