Abstract

Zusammenfassung ChatGPT & Co sind keine Suchmaschinen. Doch viele Nutzer behandeln KI immer noch so – und verschenken dadurch enormes Potenzial. Dabei liegt der wahre Nutzen in einer völlig anderen Denkweise: Künstliche Intelligenz sollte wie ein neuer Mitarbeiter betrachtet werden. Dieser Ansatz hebt die Bedeutung von Führungsfähigkeiten wie Kommunikation und Delegation hervor. In diesem Kapitel wird deshalb das ACTION®-Prinzip vorgestellt, ein strukturierter Delegationsansatz für den effektiven Einsatz von Sprachmodellen. Diese Methode ist nicht nur robust gegenüber der Schnelllebigkeit der KI-Branche, sondern funktioniert plattformübergreifend bei verschiedenen KI-Modellen.
