Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel analysiert die rechtlichen Herausforderungen beim Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in Unternehmen. Es betont die Notwendigkeit, rechtliche Fragen frühzeitig in KI-Projekten zu berücksichtigen, um regulatorische Anforderungen wie den Datenschutz oder den AI Act zu erfüllen und Rechte Dritter zu schützen. Der Text behandelt die Notwendigkeit der Regulierung, aktuelle rechtliche Vorgaben wie den AI Act, Fragen des Urheber- und Datenschutzrechts sowie die Haftung und den Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen. Ziel ist es, Ihnen einen Einblick in die aktuelle rechtliche Diskussion zu geben und Ihnen so zu ermöglichen, KI rechtsicher einzusetzen.
