Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der heutigen Wirtschaft spielt das Risikomanagement in der Beschaffung eine entscheidende Rolle für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg von Unternehmen. Durch die Globalisierung und die zunehmende Vernetzung sind die Risiken vielfältiger und komplexer geworden. Zudem haben Klimawandel und Nachhaltigkeitsdebatten neue Herausforderungen in der Beschaffung mit sich gebracht. Dieser Beitrag zielt darauf ab, einen umfassenden Überblick über die aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen im Risikomanagement zu geben und diese im Kontext des Beschaffungsmanagements zu analysieren. Dabei werden Themen wie Klimawandel, Globalisierung, Lieferkettenrisiken sowie Black-Swan-Ereignisse und Natech-Risiken untersucht. Weiterhin werden der Prozess zur Implementierung eines Risikomanagements und die Integration von Industrie 4.0 und künstlicher Intelligenz im Beschaffungsmanagement beleuchtet. Abschließend wird ein Experteninterview durchgeführt, um die theoretischen Erkenntnisse zu bestätigen oder zu widerlegen.
