Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aus dem Engl.: „Gesicht zu Gesicht“, also im übertragenen Sinne von „Angesicht zu Angesicht“; beschreibt alle Methoden im Fundraising, bei denen sich Menschen bei der Suche nach neuen Förderern direkt und persönlich begegnen. Das klassische F. bezieht sich auf die → Haustürsammlung und die → Standwerbung. Dabei könnte man jedoch zum F. auch alle Aktivitäten zählen, bei denen Aktive eines Vereins neuen Interessenten persönlich begegnen und für ihre gemeinnützige Sache werben oder auch versucht wird, bestehende Förderer durch den persönlichen Kontakt zu höheren Förderungen zu bewegen (→ Upgrading).
