Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beim agilen Coaching treffen wir immer wieder auf ähnliche Konstellationen und Pattern, die sich auf den Erfolg des Coachings auswirken. Werden sie frühzeitig identifiziert und ihre zugrunde liegenden Problemstellungen erkannt, können sie oft als Chancen konstruktiv genutzt werden. Dazu muss jedoch der systemische Kontext berücksichtigt werden, um die zugrunde liegende Thematik diskutieren zu können. Andernfalls kommt es zu ineffizienten Nebenkriegsschauplätzen und Symptom-Bekämpfung. Die nachfolgend diskutierten Beispiele solcher Herausforderungen sollen auf einige Situationen hinweisen, die mir in der Praxis häufiger begegnet sind. Sie zeigen, dass das agile Coaching einerseits eine konstante Aufmerksamkeit und Reflexionsbereitschaft, andererseits aber auch die Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zur offenen, konstruktiven, teilweise aber auch konfliktträchtigen Diskussion voraussetzen, um als agiler Coach den agilen Prinzipien zu folgen und erfolgreich zu sein.
