Abstract

Zusammenfassung Methoden beeinflussen Unternehmensstruktur, Prozesse und die damit verbundene Ablauforganisation. Agiles Coaching stellt die Passung der agilen Praktiken zu Menschen und Organisation sicher. Ein wesentlicher Faktor bei der Einführung und Anwendung von Agilität ist dabei die Kultur und Haltung. Denn unsere Grundhaltung steuert unser Verhalten, kommt durch unser Verhalten zum Ausdruck und generiert so die Kultur vom Unternehmen. Das agile Mindset lässt sich jedoch nicht verordnen oder einführen. Es muss erprobt, entdeckt und schrittweise aufgebaut werden. Gleiches gilt für den fundamentalen Aspekt der Agilität, die Selbstorganisation. Hier kommt förderndes und unterstützendes agile Coaching zum Zug.
