Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene empirische Ergebnisse präsentiert. Zunächst wird der Ort und die Form der ESG-Integration thematisiert, gefolgt von einer Analyse des Verhältnisses der ESG-Ziele zu den übrigen Zielen im STI-Plan sowie deren Gewichtung im LTI- und STI-Plan im Vergleich der letzten zwei Jahre. Darüber hinaus wird die Rolle des CSO in den untersuchten Unternehmen umfassend betrachtet und bewertet.
