Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das sicherheitsgerichtete Verhalten der Mitarbeiter leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherheitskultur in HRO. Es ist der evolutionäre Schritt vom theoretischen Konstrukt Sicherheitskultur zur praktischen Anwendung im Berufsalltag. Der Beitrag beschreibt die Entwicklung sicherheitsgerichteter Verhaltensstandards in der Kernenergie unter Berücksichtigung der Anwendbarkeit auf andere HRO-Branchen. Die Verhaltensstandards umfassen folgende Themenkomplexe: individuelles Arbeitsverhalten, Führungsverhalten, Kommunikation, Teamverhalten und Entscheidungsverhalten.
