Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Embedded Finance gibt es einige wichtige Erfolgskriterien. Einige davon betreffen eher spezifische Ressourcen und Kompetenzen, andere dagegen das Mindset und die grundsätzliche Kultur der Banken und Unternehmen. Die wesentlichen Elemente sind der Fokus auf das Kundenerlebnis und die Kundenbedürfnisse, die Umsetzung über schlanke und intuitive Prozesse und Schnittstellen, eine chancenorientierte Einstellung zum Umgang mit Daten speziell angesichts des perspektivischen Einsatzes von KI-Agenten und der FIDA sowie eine offene und konstruktive Innovationskultur, welche die Grundlage für dies alles bildet.
