Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gerade in den letzten drei Jahren haben sich eine Reihe neuer Anwendungsfälle und Wachstumsfelder von Embedded Finance herauskristallisiert. Im Bereich von Embedded Payments sind dies beispielsweise Anwendungen von Request-to-Pay, nutzungsabhängige integrierte Zahlungen im Sinn eines Pay-per-Use oder der potenzielle Einsatz von Giralgeldtoken im Kontext von DLT und komplexen Supply Chains. Im Lending-Bereich zeichnen sich vor allem bei KMU-Finanzierungen über Plattformen neue Anwendungsfälle mit hohem Potenzial ab, sowie im Bereich von Supply Chain Finance. Auch die ersten Embedded Investment-Fälle im non-Financial Kontext werden pilotiert. Mit der steigenden Bedeutung und Nutzung von Daten ergeben sich auch interessante Verknüpfungspunkte von Embedded Finance und Predictive Data sowohl im Lending als auch perspektivisch im Anlagebereich. Außerdem gibt es eine steigende Anzahl an branchen- und segmentspezifischen Lösungen, die immer zielgerichteter die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Pain Points der Kunden adressieren.
