Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel analysiert die Implementierung und Nutzung von künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der Mobiliar. Es beleuchtet die Herausforderungen und Erfolge bei der Integration von KI in Geschäftsprozesse, um die Effizienz zu steigern und den Kundenservice zu optimieren. Anhand von Beispielen wie der E-Mail-Triage und der Automatisierung des Schadenprozesses wird die Bedeutung von Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) und die Notwendigkeit einer kontinuierlichen Systemanpassung erläutert. Darüber hinaus wird das Potenzial generativer KI für zukünftige Anwendungen erörtert. Das Kapitel unterstreicht die Bedeutung eines verantwortungsvollen Umgangs mit KI und die Bewahrung der menschlichen Komponente in der technologischen Entwicklung.
