Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz ist die Technologie, welche sich mit der Automatisierung intelligenten Verhaltens beschäftigt. Der Ursprung der Technologie liegt bereits im 20. Jahrhundert, die disruptiven Veränderungen unserer Wirtschaft werden seit der Veröffentlichung von Chat-GPT täglich hinterfragt. Datengetriebene Technologien definieren unsere Wirtschaft entlang der Wertschöpfungskette neu. KI ist gekommen, um zu bleiben. Um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im internationalen, digitalen Kunden-Öko-System sicherzustellen, sind die Herausforderungen der Integration ganzheitlich zu meistern. Dabei reicht es nicht aus KI für die Automatisierung bestehenden Prozesse zur Profitabilitätssteigerung anzuwenden. Die Wirtschaft muss sich proaktiv damit auseinandersetzen wie das bestehende Geschäftsmodell durch datengetriebene neu definiert wird und international wettbewerbsfähige, intelligente Produkte entwickeln.
