Abstract

Zusammenfassung Okösysteme können fragil, aber auch äusserst stark sein. In KI Ökosystemen wird dies zusätzlich akzentuiert. Die Position Europas, zwischen internationalen Grossmächten, befindet sich in diesem Bereich an einem Scheidepunkt zwischen Fragilität und Stärke. Welche Gegebenheiten sind wichtig? Was kann beeinflusst werden? Auf was ist aufzubauen und was zu stärken, um Souveränität und ein mächtiges KI Ökosystem wachsen zu lassen?
