Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der sich wandelnden Gesundheitsbranche reichen traditionelle Organisationsformen nicht mehr aus, um den Anforderungen der Digitalisierung, des demografischen Wandels und der steigenden Patientenansprüche gerecht zu werden. Laut einer Erhebung des Bundesamts für Statistik (BFS, 2024) erleben 25 % der erwerbstätigen Frauen und 21 % der Männer häufig oder immer Stress am Arbeitsplatz, was auf Zeitdruck und begrenzten Gestaltungsspielraum zurückzuführen ist. Agilität bietet hier eine Lösung, um schnell auf Veränderungen zu reagieren, die Innovationsfähigkeit zu fördern und patientenzentrierte Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Das nächste Kapitel zeigt, wie agile Arbeits- und Organisationsformen den Wandel im Gesundheitswesen erfolgreich unterstützen und langfristige Wettbewerbsvorteile sichern können.
