Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein erfolgreicher Tag als Führungskraft beginnt oft mit einem Lächeln und positiver Stimmung. Deine Emotionen haben einen starken Einfluss auf das Arbeitsumfeld und die Produktivität deines Teams. In diesem Abschnitt werden wir genauer untersuchen, wie du als Führungsperson die Emotionen deines Teams positiv beeinflussen kannst (vgl. Abb. 7.1).
