Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die „Great Transformation“ beschreibt den tiefgreifenden Wandel der Arbeitswelt, der durch technologische Innovationen, demografische Veränderungen und neue Arbeitsmodelle vorangetrieben wird. Dieser Wandel ist geprägt durch die V.U.C.A.-Welt, die von Volatilität, Unsicherheit, Komplexität und Ambiguität geprägt ist. Volatilität bezieht sich auf die schnellen Veränderungen und unvorhersehbaren Entwicklungen, Unsicherheit auf die Unvorhersehbarkeit der Zukunft, Komplexität auf die Vielfalt und Vernetzung von Informationen und Ambiguität auf die Mehrdeutigkeit von Situationen und Herausforderungen.
