Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist ein elementarer Teil unserer beruflichen Verantwortung. Viel zu oft wird sie als ungeliebtes Muss verstanden – und das zu überwinden, kostet Kraft. Genau die könnten wir an anderer Stelle doch viel besser nutzen, oder nicht? Freude an der Führung beschert uns nicht nur mehr Lebensqualität, sondern vor allem: Mehr Erfolg – denn Erfolg macht Erfolg! Legen wir gemeinsam den Grundstein für die Freude an der Führung und für den Erfolg – beruflich und privat.
