Qualität im Produktlebenszyklus

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ziel ist, die Produktqualität in der Entwicklungsphase sicherzustellen. Dazu werden „Präventive Qualitätsmaßnahmen“ eingesetzt, wie z. B. Design Review, Qualitätsbewertung, FMEA, FBA, Simulation und Statische Toleranzanalyse. Anschließend soll in der Produktion die Produktqualität über „Qualitätslenkung“ sichergestellt werden. Zur Erreichung der Qualität wird SPC eingesetzt. SPC ist ein Regelkreis aus Fertigung, Prüfung, Analyse und Rückkopplung in den Prozess. Werden Teile von außen bezogen, sind zusätzliche Gesichtspunkte aufgrund des fehlenden direkten Einflusses auf die Qualität der Teile zu berücksichtigen, wie z. B. Lieferantenbewertung und Wareneingangsprüfung. Weiter wird die produzierte Produktqualität von der Qualität der Betriebsmittel beeinflusst. Aber auch nach der Erstellung eines Produktes hat die Qualität weiterhin eine hohe Bedeutung. Denn Kunden bemessen die Produktqualität nicht nur nach den Eigenschaften eines Produktes, sondern auch nach dem Kundenservice.
