Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Kapitel betrachten wir eine Reihe von Situationen und Fallbeispielen, in denen im Arbeitskontext häufig Unsicherheiten zutage treten und es aufgrund von Unwissenheit über rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen zu Missverständnissen, Benachteiligungen und bis hin zu Konflikten kommen kann. Diese Situationen stammen anekdotisch aus der Beratung. Wir haben die Beispiele verallgemeinert und abstrahiert von konkreten Einzelfällen dargestellt. Die ausgewählten Situationen und Fallkonstellationen sind nicht abschließend, stellen jedoch die nach unserer Erfahrung die im Arbeitsalltag am häufigsten vorkommenden Fragestellungen, Herausforderungen und Reibungspunkte dar. Die Besonderheiten öffentlich-rechtlicher Dienstverhältnisse im Zusammenhang mit Transidentität und Geschlechtsvarianz werden in Kap. 5 ausgeführt.
