Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Studie untersucht die technologische Akzeptanz von On-Demand Car Functions (ODCFs) mittels einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse von Experteninterviews. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, relevante Akzeptanzfaktoren für ODCFs zu identifizieren und ein tieferes Verständnis für das Verhalten und die Einstellungen der Konsumenten zu entwickeln. Durch die Analyse konnten 52 Akzeptanzfaktoren identifiziert und in 14 Hauptkategorien eingeordnet werden. Die Studie stellt einen ganzheitlichen Forschungsansatz zur Untersuchung der Akzeptanz von ODCFs vor, welcher die Basis für zukünftige wissenschaftliche Arbeiten bildet. Die Ergebnisse unterstreichen die Komplexität der Akzeptanz von ODCFs und die Notwendigkeit, verschiedene Faktoren zu berücksichtigen. Die Arbeit leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Forschung im Bereich der Technologieakzeptanz und bietet praktische Einblicke für die Gestaltung und Vermarktung von ODCFs.
