IT-Sicherheitsaspekte bei Stauprognose und Verkehrssteuerung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der modernen Verkehrssteuerung spielen nicht zuletzt aufgrund der starken Vernetzung digitaler Komponenten IT-Sicherheitsaspekte eine zunehmende Rolle. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet potenzielle Bedrohungen, denen Verkehrssteuerungssysteme ausgesetzt sind, und untersucht Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Integrität und Verfügbarkeit dieser Systeme, wobei der Fokus auf den allgemein nutzbaren Programmierschnittstellen (APIs) der Anbieter liegt. Die Analyse erfolgt interdisziplinär und basiert auf der Untersuchung relevanter Systeme in Deutschland und der EU. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, dass eine (bisher nicht erfolgte) Einstufung von Daten-Aggregatoren als kritische Infrastruktur ein begründbarer regulatorischer Schritt wäre, um die Resilienz von Verkehrssteuerungssystemen gegenüber Cyberangriffen zu stärken.
