Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit sowie Diversität und Inklusion sind die Pfeiler einer zukunftsfähigen Organisationskultur. Ihr Zusammenspiel verwandelt Unternehmen in technosoziale Systeme, in denen Technik und Mensch untrennbar vernetzt sind. Digitalisierung steht für kulturellen Wandel von Arbeitsweisen, Kommunikation und Beziehungen. Nachhaltigkeit erweitert den Blick auf ökologische, soziale und ökonomische Verantwortung. Diversität und Inklusion schätzen Unterschiedlichkeit als Stärke und schaffen ein wertschätzendes Miteinander. Die Pandemie beschleunigte hybride Arbeit und macht digitale emotionale Kompetenz essenziell. Trotz räumlicher Distanz bleiben die Grundbedürfnisse Zugehörigkeit, Autonomie, Selbstwirksamkeit, Sinnhaftigkeit und Freude entscheidend. Eine transformadaptive Kultur, die diese Bedürfnisse in sicheren, nutzerfreundlichen digitalen Räumen fördert, steigert Engagement, Innovation und organisatorische Resilienz.
