Abstract

Zusammenfassung Globale Einflüsse und Herausforderungen verdeutlichen die Bedeutung des gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalts und die Notwendigkeit eines organisatorischen Gemeinwohlbeitrags, um positiv zum Arbeitsschutz und dem Wohlergehen von Mitgliedern einer Organisation beizutragen. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird der Public Value-Ansatz von Meynhardt (2009, 2015) herangezogen, um die Vorteile des Gemeinwohlbeitrags von Organisationen im Kontext des Arbeitsschutzes zu erläutern. Zunächst wird aufgezeigt, mit welchen Herausforderungen Organisationen mit der Erbringung des Gemeinwohlbeitrag im Arbeitsschutz konfrontiert sind. Anschließend wird dargestellt, wie Organisationen ihren Gemeinwohlbeitrag identifizieren und umsetzen können. Darüber hinaus werden Lösungsansätze aufgezeigt, die Organisationen in Bezug auf die Steigerung des Gemeinwohlbeitrags umsetzen können, um infolgedessen positiv zum Arbeitsschutz beizutragen.
