Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die tiefgreifenden Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt sind in erster Linie auf den unaufhaltsamen Fortschritt des technologischen und gesellschaftlichen Wandels zurückzuführen. Insbesondere die Covid-19-Pandemie hat diesen Wandel beschleunigt und die Notwendigkeit mobiler Arbeitsformen unterstrichen. Infolgedessen werden von Unternehmen und Teilen ihrer Mitarbeitenden ein außergewöhnliches Maß an Flexibilität gefordert. Dieser Beitrag analysiert die Herausforderungen und Chancen, die mit der Einführung flexibler Arbeitsmodelle einhergehen. Dabei liegt der Fokus nicht nur auf den aktuellen Umständen, sondern es werden auch Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen präsentiert. Diese Empfehlungen sollen Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, nicht nur den Herausforderungen der neuen Arbeitsrealität zu begegnen, sondern auch erfolgreich am dynamischen Arbeitsmarkt zu bestehen.
