Abstract

Zusammenfassung CSR und Arbeitsschutz finden im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement durch die soziale Nachhaltigkeit Anwendung. Sowohl in Deutschland als auch auf EU-Ebene haben sich Regelwerke gebildet, die explizit den Arbeitsschutz berücksichtigen. Hierzu wird in diesem Beitrag auf die bereits verabschiedete Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD) und das noch zu beschließende EU-Lieferkettengesetz (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)) sowie dem Deutschen Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) eingegangen. Gerade für große Unternehmen gelten diese neuen Regelwerke. Nicht nur die Datensammlung und die Bindung von finanziellen und personellen Ressourcen sind Herausforderungen, sondern auch sich ändernde Arbeitsumgebungen beeinträchtigen die vollumfängliche Erfüllung der neuen Regelungen. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es bereits vorbildliche Unternehmen, die CSR und Arbeitsschutz fest in ihre Unternehmensphilosophie verankert haben.
