Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung revolutioniert nicht nur die Arbeitswelt, sondern wirft auch neue Herausforderungen im Bereich des Arbeitsschutzes auf. Insbesondere etablierte Unternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, die Digitalisierung zur Weiterentwicklung ihres Geschäftsmodells zu nutzen (Corporate Development) und gleichzeitig die Befähigung der Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen (Corporate Learning). Dieser Beitrag schlägt einen sechsstufigen Ansatz zur Kombination dieser beiden Handlungsfelder im Sinne des Action Learnings vor. An einem konkreten Praxisbeispiel der DZ BANK AG wird aufgezeigt, wie Mitarbeitende die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung nicht nur besser verstehen, sondern aktiv daran mitwirken können. Die Entwicklungskonzepte und Lernformate fördern die Wissensvermittlung und die Zusammenarbeit der Generationen und tragen dazu bei, die Motivation, psychische Gesundheit und Leistungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeitenden zu steigern.
