Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgskritische Kompetenzen im Kontext von New Work werden skizziert und die Bedeutung ihrer Identifikation und Entwicklung für Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden von Mitarbeitenden dargestellt. Es wird herausgearbeitet, wieso ein verändertes Kompetenzverständnis auch bei Dienstleistungstätigkeiten bedeutsam ist. Strategien zur Identifikation erfolgskritischer Kompetenzen werden vorgeschlagen. Der Einsatz personaldiagnostischer Instrumente im Rahmen von Kompetenzentwicklung und Implikationen für aktuelle Strategien zur Kompetenzentwicklung aus sich verändernden Arbeitswelten werden beschrieben.
