Abstract

Zusammenfassung In modernen Arbeitskonzepten wie New Work, die flexible Arbeitszeiten und dezentrale Teams fördern, ist die Gefährdungsbeurteilung psychischer Belastung (GB Psyche) besonders wichtig. Herausforderungen wie ständige Erreichbarkeit und Entgrenzung der Arbeit erfordern angepasste Beurteilungen. Erfolgreiche Umsetzung bedarf guter Planung und Einbindung aller Beteiligten. Maßnahmen umfassen regelmäßige Teammeetings und technische Unterstützung zur Stressreduktion. Führungskräfte müssen sich reflektieren und weiterbilden, um ihre Teams zu unterstützen. Flexibilität und Dialog sind entscheidend, um die Bedürfnisse der Beschäftigten zu berücksichtigen.
