Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungskräfte nehmen eine sehr wichtige Rolle in der Transformation zu New Work und gleichzeitig beim Arbeitsschutz ein. Die Rolle wird stark vom Reifegrad der Organisation und der Belegschaft beeinflusst und hat einen großen Einfluss auf das psychische Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeitenden und deren Leistungsfähigkeit. Jede Organisation sollte sich überlegen, wie das Zukunftsbild der Organisation die Formen der künftigen Zusammenarbeit beeinflusst. Führungskompetenzen und Führungsstile entfalten sich nicht im „luftleeren Raum“, sondern innerhalb des Bezugsrahmens der Organisation. Deshalb muss die gesamte Organisation mit ihrer Kultur, ihren Prozessen und Praktiken bei den gewünschten Veränderungen in den Blick genommen werden. Führungskräften sollten in den Spannungsfeldern ihrer sich verändernden Rolle Unterstützungsangebote gemacht werden.
