Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag untersucht, wie adaptive Führungsstile wie Transformational, Servant, Agile und Digital Leadership im Kontext von New Work den Arbeitsschutz beeinflussen können. Er beleuchtet, wie diese Ansätze den Herausforderungen der modernen Arbeitswelt begegnen, indem sie Flexibilität, Mitarbeitermotivation und Innovation fördern. Diese Führungsstile ermöglichen es Unternehmen, sich schneller an Veränderungen anzupassen, ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu verbessern und langfristigen Erfolg zu erzielen. Zentrale Herausforderungen werden diskutiert und es werden konkrete Lösungswege aufgezeigt, wie diese Führungsstile praktisch umgesetzt werden können, um den Prinzipien von New Work zu entsprechen und eine resiliente, zukunftsfähige Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Abschließend gibt der Beitrag einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich.
