Erfolgreiche Prozessbegleitung in organisationalen Veränderungsprojekten im Kontext von New Work

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Transformation einer Organisation hin zu New Work ist mehr als nur eine Anpassung von Arbeitsweisen oder die Umgestaltung von Büroräumen. Es ist ein umfänglicher Veränderungsprozess, der die Unternehmenskultur berührt und sich direkt darauf auswirkt, wie Teams zusammenarbeiten und kommunizieren. Eine schlecht geführte Transformation führt zu Unsicherheit und somit zu erhöhtem Stress in der Organisation und kann sich negativ auf die psychische und physische Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden auswirken, was wiederum zu Demotivation, höheren Krankenständen und abnehmender Produktivität führen kann. Eine erfolgreiche Transformation sieht Mitarbeitende daher als aktive Gestalter*innen der Veränderung, die in einer von psychologischer Sicherheit geprägten Kultur auf Augenhöhe ihre diversen Perspektiven einbringen können. Dieser Beitrag enthält praktische Tipps für Entscheider*innen, um die eigene Organisation erfolgreich durch New Work-Veränderungsprozesse zu führen.
