Abstract

Zusammenfassung Burnout ist heute kein Einzelfall mehr und der Wunsch nach Lösungen für die mentale Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeitenden lauter denn je. Organisationen sehen sich überfordert, welche Unterstützungsmaßnahmen notwendig und hilfreich sind und wie diese nicht nur reaktiv, sondern proaktiv in der Unternehmenskultur verankert werden können. Um den Sprung von einer Burnout-Kultur zu einer Wellbeing-Kultur zu schaffen, braucht es ein informiertes Arbeitsschutzprogramm, das transparente Daten, Trainings zur Kompetenzentwicklung für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte und eine holistische Gesundheitsstrategie nutzt, um die Leistungs- und Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer Organisation zu sichern. Doch die Frage ist wie.
