Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel untersucht die Rolle von Technologie, Kreativarbeit und den notwendigen Prozessen in der organisatorischen Transformation und betont die Bedeutung einer menschenzentrierten Innovations- und Kreativkultur für die Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird dem Arbeitsschutz und der Mitarbeiterbindung in Zeiten der digitalen Umgestaltung gewidmet. Der Beitrag analysiert die Auswirkungen einer positiven Innovationskultur auf Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenserfolg und diskutiert die Herausforderungen, denen sich Unternehmen auf diesem Weg stellen müssen. Er bietet praktische Lösungsansätze und Tipps für die Förderung von Kreativität und Innovation, wobei die Wichtigkeit von diversen und inklusiven Arbeitsumgebungen hervorgehoben wird. Abschließend betont der Beitrag die Notwendigkeit einer fortlaufenden Anpassung und Innovation für den Erhalt der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und des Wohlstands in Deutschland und Europa.
