Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Zeit, die von Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit geprägt ist, gilt es, Transformationsprojekte ganzheitlich und systemisch anzusetzen und die Zusammenarbeit in Unternehmen in ihren Säulen Kollaboration, Kommunikation und Wissensmanagement zu betrachten. In diesem Beitrag, der sich auf erfolgreiche Erfahrungswerte aus der langjährigen Zusammenarbeit mit namhaften Industrieunternehmen stützt, wird die nachhaltige Digitalisierung des Arbeitsschutzes in Unternehmen behandelt und Best-Practice Lösungen für zukünftige Transformationsprojekte aufgezeigt. Für das Ziel, Arbeitsschutz als integrierten Teil in die betrieblichen Unternehmensabläufe einzubinden, werden Lösungsansätze für Prozesssicherung durch ein Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem und die effektive und zielgerichtete Kommunikation der arbeitsschutzbezogenen Themen zur Sensibilisierung und positiven Verhaltensänderung durch eine Kommunikationslösung abgeleitet und vorgestellt.
