Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der fortschreitende Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der Arbeitswelt stellt neue Chancen und Herausforderungen für den Arbeitsschutz dar. Während KI-Systeme das Potenzial haben, Arbeitsprozesse zu optimieren und sicherer zu gestalten, werfen sie gleichzeitig Fragen hinsichtlich der Verantwortung, Kontrolle und der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards auf. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet umfassend die arbeitsschutzrechtlichen Risiken, die der Einsatz von KI am Arbeitsplatz mit sich bringt, und bietet Lösungsansätze und Tipps, um ein gesundes und sicheres Arbeitsumfeld zu gewährleisten.
