Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitale Lernumgebungen sind heute weit verbreitet und oft schon Standard. Die typische Zielgruppe: Mitarbeitende mit Computer am Schreibtisch, die problemlos mit der Technik und digitalen Inhalten, z. B. WBTs oder E-Learnings, umgehen können. Die Authentifizierung mit Benutzername und Passwort ist für sie selbstverständlich – doch hier beginnt die Herausforderung bei Unterweisungen im Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz: Auch Frontline-Workers, also Mitarbeitende außerhalb des Büroumfelds, müssen instruiert werden. Und sie haben meist keine Möglichkeit, sich an einen (Firmen-)Computer zu setzen, um zu lernen oder eine Unterweisung zu absolvieren. Daher werden in Bau- und Produktionsbranchen häufig noch Präsenzschulungen durchgeführt. Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, wie der Zugang zu digitalen Lernumgebungen massiv vereinfacht und somit die Akzeptanz des digitalen Lernens erhöht werden kann – mit vielen Vorteilen für die Mitarbeitenden und das Unternehmen.
