Abstract

Zusammenfassung New Work bietet zahlreiche Vorteile und kann zu persönlichkeitsförderlicher Arbeit beitragen. Zugleich stehen New Work-Ansätze mit neuen bzw. spezifischen psychischen Belastungen in Verbindung.
