Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Buch „New Work und Arbeitsschutz“ behandelt die essenziellen Themen und Herausforderungen, die sich aus der modernen Arbeitswelt und den sich ständig ändernden Arbeitsbedingungen für den Arbeitsschutz ergeben. Es vermittelt ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Konzepte von New Work und betont gleichzeitig die Bedeutung des Arbeitsschutzes in diesen neuen Arbeitsformen. Es schlägt eine Brücke zwischen den traditionellen Prinzipien des Arbeitsschutzes und den flexiblen, innovativen Arbeitsmodellen von heute. Das Buch richtet sich an Führungskräfte, HR-Manager, Arbeitsschutzbeauftragte und Mitarbeiter, die sich für die Gestaltung von Arbeitsschutz in der Zukunft der Arbeit interessieren.
