Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel behandelt das Konzept der „Qualitativen Ökonomie“, die Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und soziale Gerechtigkeit gegenüber rein quantitativen Wachstumszielen priorisiert. Im Zentrum steht die Hacker School, die als Modellfall für die Vermittlung digitaler Bildung dient. Sie zielt darauf ab, junge Menschen durch praktische Workshops und Corporate Volunteering für Technologie zu begeistern und sie mit den notwendigen Fähigkeiten für die digitale Zukunft auszustatten. Die Hacker School fördert Inklusion und Diversität und trägt durch Kooperationen mit Unternehmen zur sozialen Verantwortung und zur Entwicklung von digitalen Kompetenzen bei. Der Artikel betont die Bedeutung von Bildung und Technologie als Schlüsselwerkzeuge, um eine nachhaltige und gerechte Zukunft zu gestalten, und hebt die Notwendigkeit hervor, Bildungssysteme und Wirtschaftsmodelle anzupassen, um den Herausforderungen einer schnell fortschreitenden technologischen Landschaft gerecht zu werden.
