Abstract

Zusammenfassung In „Die Magie der Kohärenz – wenn einfach alles passt“ teilt Astrid Schulte, Vorstandsvorsitzende der Berendsohn AG, ihre Perspektive auf qualitatives Wirtschaften. Mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in Konzernen, in der Beratung und als Unternehmerin argumentiert sie, dass der Schlüssel zum Unternehmenserfolg in der Kohärenz – einer tiefen Übereinstimmung zwischen inneren Werten und äußeren Handlungen – liegt. Schulte betont die Bedeutung von innerer Kohärenz für persönliche Erfüllung und äußere Kohärenz für organisatorische Effizienz. Sie teilt ihre Reise von traditionellen zu werteorientierten Führungsprinzipien und die Transformation der Berendsohn AG. Dieser Wandel führte zu einem integrativen Ansatz, der alle Stakeholder einbezieht und langfristigen Erfolg sichert. Schultes Artikel ist ein Plädoyer für die „Quality Economy“, in der die Erreichung qualitativer Ziele die Voraussetzung für quantitativen Erfolg sind.
